Where can I get General Admission Tickets? General Admission Tickets are available at Star Tickets Plus at your area Meijer stores, through Star Tickets Plus on the web , or by calling Star Tickets Plus at 1-800-585-3737. GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE GATE EACH DAY OF THE SHOW . [ More Ticket Info ] Reserved Box Seats are seats set-up along the flight line at show center and organized into "boxes" of 4. Each seat is numbered and is reserved for you for the entire day. Box Seat holders can come in and out of the area throughout the day and the chair will remain reserved for you. They can be purchased in any quantity desired from 1 to whatever. Is Visa or Mastercard accepted at the gate? Yes, you can purchase tickets at the gate using a Visa or Mastercard. Is there an ATM machine on the site? Yes, there is an ATM machine located just inside the main spectator area. On site, Air Fair parking is $5 per car. There is a shuttle service from other lots. Is there "Handicapped Parking"? Yes. You must have a handicapped plate or sticker in the car and make sure the parkers flagging your car are aware of your handicap status. They will direct you to the handicap parking in each parking area. However, it is suggested that physically challenged individuals, use the shuttle lots, as the shuttle gate entrance to the show permits direct access to show grounds. Due to security reasons, the Muskegon Air Fair does not allow coolers on to the show grounds. The safety of guests is top priority . The Muskegon Air Fair will only permit the entry of small coolers carrying life-saving medicines or formula bottles for young infants. Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket? Absolutely. There is no seating included with your General Admission Ticket and guests are invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit. Can we watch the show from our cars in the parking lot? No. Even if you have purchased tickets, you must leave your vehicle and view the show from Air Fair grounds. This is a FAA safety regulation involving the performance area. What are the radio frequencies used by the Air Fair? To hear information directly from the pilots, you will want to be on the Air Fair Grounds. Yes. Transient aircraft must arrive before noon on show days and can not depart until after 6:00 p.m. Are boats allowed on Mona Lake near the airport? Mona Lake is open for boating during the show, however, there will be a section near the airport that will be closed off. This area will be marked and patrolled by the U.S. Coast Guard and the Muskegon County Sheriff's Marine Patrol. Can I leave and re-enter the Air Fair? Yes, keep your ticket stubs and get your hand stamped as you exit. The Air Fair facility is held under an open sky. Patrons are encouraged to plan accordingly with umbrellas, sunglasses, lotion and hats. Shade can be found under the wings of static display aircraft but there is no "shaded area" per se. Pets are not allowed onto the Air Fair spectator area and should not be left in vehicles. Yes, cameras are allowed (still, video, and digital). Your camera bags will likely be checked upon entry. We have a list of acts but not a schedule of acts since specific schedules are finalized much closer to the event and depend on various conditions. The feature show begins at 12:30 p.m. Unless the weather is severe, the show will continue rain or shine. In our long history, the Air Fair has never been cancelled due to weather. |
